Our mission is to help people enjoy a five star dining experience, but from their homes and with less waste. While developing the concept for the business, our founders was shocked to learn that a large propotion of food goes to waste in a typical fine dining restaurant. Our pre-order model, predictive technology and pre-portioned product means we only order what we need and so food waste is minimal.
